The Ignite team has worked hard to put together a plan and strategy to make your book an international bestseller within hours of it going live on Amazon. The good news is that there is a well-defined algorithm to ensure that this happens, and we have engaged the best team possible to help us.

We can not do this alone! Just as it took a whole community of amazing authors to create the book, it will take each of us to raise the awareness of IGNITE Your Wisdom and share it with the world.

Over the next couple of weeks, please follow the path laid out below, including email templates, images for social media posts, suggested marketing ideas, etc., that you can use to help the book reach bestseller status on Amazon as quickly as possible (the first day of the launch is our goal).

Step 1

Build Book Launch Team Invite

INSTRUCTIONS

Book Launch Team Invite: The first step is for you to build your own Book Launch Team. This should include friends, family, or colleagues who you feel would be willing to receive a digital Advance Reader Copy of the book, read it, and then write a review to be published on Amazon on launch day.

We welcome honest and authentic reviews, and encourage people to truly share how they feel.

We have included a simple spreadsheet you can use to help keep track of your Book Launch Team. Please download the spreadsheet to your local computer and simply add the names and details of everyone you think would be willing to support you on that momentous day.

Note: Please be aware that the people you ask to provide a review need to have an active Amazon account AND have spent at least $50 on books in the past 12 months.

This is a private and copyrighted version of the book and is to be shared only with those who have agreed to review. Please respect the privacy of this copy and do not mass distribute before launch day.

Be mindful of your coauthors’ stories and only share after launch day in the most respectful way.

This is also your opportunity to read your own story, and that of your fellow authors. We encourage you to download the Advance Reader copy below, find a quiet place, and enjoy the stories that you have created for the world.

Invite Reviewers to Your Book Launch Team

INSTRUCTIONS

Now that you have created your list of the most amazing friends, family members, and colleagues who you would like to send the Advance Reader Copy of IGNITE Your Wisdom to.

[***More importantly, those wonderful individuals who will be willing to write a positive review and post on launch day May 14, 2022.] It is time to reach out and connect with them.

Send everyone on your list an email letting them know you are soon to be a published author, and requesting their support on this amazing journey to bestseller. Included in the invitation to the reviewer is exactly what is required of them, as well as the necessary timeline.
Please use the email template we provided and send each of your launch team members an invitation to review your book. The email template kindly asks them if they would be willing to become a part of your Book Launch Team, and outlines what would be requested of them if they said yes.
Copy and paste the email template to the right into your favorite email application. Replace the [FIRST NAME] and [SIGN OFF] fields with the appropriate information.
Have fun making it personal and add warm wishes and cute sentiments; as they are doing you a favor.

We encourage you to start emailing your Launch Team right away to get the process started.

Your involvement in this process is the cornerstone of the success in making this book a bestseller. We all need to do our part, so please get involved enthusiastically.

It is with great pleasure to share with you that I have been involved in writing a compilation book called, IGNITE Your Wisdom and we are getting ready to publish in just a matter of weeks!

The reason I am writing to you today is because I honor your opinion. So when I sat down to think about who I would trust with an Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) of my book, you immediately came to mind. I am looking for key people who would be willing to read an ARC of my book prior to publication and craft an honest review to be posted on Amazon during my book launch. I know you would be great at this.

I would be elated if you agreed to be a part of my team. I'll be delivering a PDF print-ready copy of my book to you via email in the next few days. You'll have two weeks to review the ARC and then I'll ask you to craft your review and hold it until I send further instructions during the book's launch, May 14, 2022.

If you'd be willing to do me this honor, please reply to my email within the next few days as I want to have my team in place as soon as possible. Once I receive your response, I will send along the ARC.

Share Advance Reader Copy

INSTRUCTIONS

This is the week to send your story to all of the people who agreed to receive the Advance Reader Copy (ARC) and write a positive review and post it on launch day (May 14, 2022). We know that they are eagerly awaiting their copy of IGNITE Your Wisdom.

Let's not keep them waiting any longer!

Send each of your Launch Team members the link to the ARC. Please use the email template provided to the right. Use this email template to invite your reviewers to enjoy their copy of the book, write their review, and then hold onto the review until further notice from you.

Personalize and add your own creativeness before you send it out to your reviewers. We encourage you to thoroughly read the email template to make sure that you know exactly what is being asked of them, so you can answer any questions.

Ask questions. If you have questions please contact an Ignite Team member at support@igniteyou.life. We recognize that this is a new process for everyone and has many unique moving parts. Don't be afraid to ask for clarity because you are not alone... we are here to help you at every step.

The number of reviews the book gets during that time frame helps raise its sales ranking on Amazon, and with your help, I’m hoping to reach #1!

It is now time to think about your Social Media strategy and how you will leverage your soon to be best-selling author status to further ignite others and impact humanity.

The fun thing about social media is that it is meant to be "social". Once you have promoted yourself, we encourage you to cross promote your fellow authors as well, building a tribe of dedicated fans for both yourself and other authors.

It is time to send out a friendly email reminder to your Book Launch Team to encourage them to read the Advance Reader Copy and write their review that will be posted on May 14, 2022.

Please use the email template provided to connect with your Launch Team members that were sent the ARC. The email template reminds them that the launch day is quickly approaching and to spend some time writing their review.

Add your own creativeness before you send it out to your reviewers. We suggest sending this to every person on your Book Launch Team, regardless of whether they have already sent you their review. We just want to remind them that on Saturday, May 14, 2022, they will be asked to honor their commitment to support you.

May 14, 2022 SEND THIS WHEN...

LAUNCH DAY has ARRIVED

The time has come to ask your Book Launch Team to download the eBook/Kindle from Amazon and post their reviews, and for you to become Bestselling Authors!

Here's how it works:

The digital eBook/Kindle edition will become available as a download on Amazon for 3 days, starting at 3 AM EDT / 1 AM MDT / 12 AM PDT on Saturday, May 14th, 2022.

Each Book Launch Team member must download the book BEFORE posting their review, as the review then earns the "Amazon Verified Badge".

The sooner the reviewer can post their review within the 3-day window, the better our sales ranking and progress to bestseller status will be.

The review does not need to be complex or long. Keep it simple.

Before sending the email, please make sure to include the direct link to the Amazon book page in the email. The Amazon links can be found on the Social Media Starter Kit page. We provide links to many of the international Amazon sites to make it even easier for your reviewers to find the book.

Do your very best to send the most appropriate link to your reviewer. If in doubt, we suggest you send the Amazon.com link which should guide the user to the appropriate place to download the book according to their own Amazon account.

We will be hosting a 12-hour live Facebook Stream during Launch Day. The event would begin at 9:30 AM MDT / 8:30 AM PDT / 11:30 AM EDT on May 15, 2022. We will connect with all of the authors living in different time zones. This fun and interactive event will be a unique way for you to share with your family, friends, and tribe while building a media frenzy!

Each author is asked to invite as many friends and family to join their 15-minute Zoom call and celebrate along with you. Since we are not able to be close to our loved ones, this is the perfect opportunity to bring everyone together and share your Ignite success. You will be interviewed by JB or another Ignite author and will have 15 minutes of airtime to talk about your Ignite moment, your unique experience, and share the journey you took in writing it. Zoom links will be provided on the day of the event.
